The RSA has a strong focus on community. The RSA EMAIL FORUMS are members-only discussion forums that form a virtual community among members. They are very active and the quality of discussions is very high. The Alliance holds several in-person meetings and events throughout the year with a focus on practice growth.

The RSA Leadership Forum at the AAO meeting pro- vides RSA Members with the opportunity to set RSA pri- orities for the upcoming year.

The RSA Reception at ESCRS brings RSA members and colleagues from around the world together to explore potential opportunities.

“Premier Practice Showcase” are held each June at premier practices around the globe and provide in-depth views of some of the best practices in refractive surgery.

The RSA Symposium at ASCRS is a members-only event with explicit focus on business de- velopment, practice growth and integration of new technologies into practice.
