Ronald Luke Rebenitsch, MD is board-certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology and has been trained in

"all laser" cornea refractive procedures, such as LASIK and PRK, but also the newest of refractive technological

advances.

Dr. "Luke" comes very highly regarded from one of the top refractive surgery fellowship programs in the United

States, Durrie Vision, in Kansas City. There he trained and performed research under the auspices of Dr. Daniel

Durrie, who is regarded to be one of the best refractive surgeons of our time. Examples of these technologies

include:

The Implantable Collamer Lens (ICL) – A biologically compatible lens that has been shown to provide

superior vision for many who are not candidates for traditional LASIK and PRK procedures.

The Dysfunctional Lens Exchange (DLR)– A fully permanent and cataract preventing solution to the

aging process of the natural lens. This procedures provides excellent visual quality in the scenario

presbyopia and the dysfunctional lens syndrome.

Refractive Cataract Extraction – A visual performance oriented, all laser, cataract surgery with your visual

goals fully in mind.

Kamra Inlay - An implant solution to treat the loss of near vision (presbyopia) that develops in your 40's

and beyond.

Overall Presbyopia Management – Solutions to the natural aging of the lens through the Dysfunctional

Lens Syndrome. This is a category too broad to describe with only one surgical or non-surgical solution.

Dr. Luke has published numerous papers and presents at national meetings. He continues to have interest in

applications of the newest technologies and clinical research surrounding vision quality and correction.

In his free time, Dr. Luke enjoys the outdoors, skiing, mountain biking, marathon training and spending time with

his wife, Kristin.
