Robert L. Harris, MD is a specialist in Female Pelvic Medicine and Reconstructive Surgery in Jackson,

Mississippi. He is a highly accomplished urogynecologist with extensive clinical experience, complemented with

well known leadership and management skills. He has proven ability in vision, innovation, business planning,

fund raising, and medical entrepreneurship. Dr. Harris was one of the first fellowship trained specialists in the

country and he founded and continues to lead a very successful women's health enterprise. He has served on the

executive board of the American Urogynecologic Society, as well as chair and member of the coding and

reimbursement committees of the same society, the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, and

the American Urologic Society. Dr. Harris serves on the medical advisory boards for PatientPop and Axonics

and he has completed executive certificate programs in Healthcare Leadership from Cornell University and in

Business Administration from the University of Notre Dame. His passion is business and how it relates to

medicine and he has special interest in advising others on ways to thrive and advance their practices; he

especially enjoys advising fellows at his sub-specialty training alma mater, Duke University. He goes by Bob and

lives in Jackson, Mississippi with his wife of 28 years, and their 2 dogs, and he has two adult children. In his free

time he enjoys travel with his wife as well as fitness and golf.
